A two-year veteran of the staff, Leibowitz has made some key contributions to The Neersyde this year, mostly in the realm of sports which is his passion. He wrote a compelling piece about Deflategate at the beginning of the year and how it relates to Benjamin's emphasis on integrity, and also took on the burgeoning world of fantasy sports and how it may lead to student gambling. Leibowitz's sports writing will be missed next year as he heads to the Upper School, but he's sure to find more success as he continues his academic career at Benjamin.
