Jack Horgen
Jack's leadership, strong writing, and ability to complete assignments in a timely manner have earned him co-editor honors this year. His skills are on of the reason's The Neersyde was awarded a Gold Crown Award from the Columbia Scholastic Press Association (CSPA) last year. Jack has continued where he left off last year, writing several interesting articles during 2017-18, including student profiles which can be found here and here, and coverage of school events such as the solar eclipse and eighth-grade shadowing. In addition, Jack has become quite adept at designing yearbook spreads, a useful talent as we look forward to publishing our award-winning Azimuth.
